Groddag!
Jag heter Leo och jag är huschef!
Mitt ansvar är Gröna villan! Vi använder ju vår föreningslokal till de flesta av våra föreningsaktiviteter och därför ser jag och Husgruppen till att allt fungerar. Allt från inköp av förbrukningsvaror, hantering av passerkort och nycklar, att det finns hygien- och städdokument och reparationer ifall saker går sönder.

Just nu letar jag efter några personer som vill hjälpa mig!
Att gå med i husgruppen som funktionär är väldigt givande och är en bra introduktion till föreningen. Man får en översikt till alla event som händer på Gröna villan. Man får även fördelar som funktionär: passerkort och nycklar till villan, gå på funktionärsfester och ett underbart gäng att hänga med.

Jag söker vissa specifika roller:

🏠Trädgårdsmästare

Jag har även en öppen ansökan ifall du är intresserad av något väldigt specifikt eller vill hjälpa till att genomföra olika projekt på villan, som till exempel renovering av köket.

Froggyday!
My name is Leo, and I am the Head of House!

My responsibility is Green's villa! We use our clubhouse for most of our activities, and that's why the House committee and I make sure everything works. This can be tasks such as purchasing consumables, managing access cards and keys, ensuring we have hygiene- and cleaning policies, and doing repairs in case things break.

I am currently looking for a few people who want to help me!
Being a part of the house commitée as a functionair is a very rewarding and a good introduction to the faculty club, you get an overhead insight into the different events happening inside Green's villa. You also get perks as a functionair: accesscard and keys to the villa, functionair-only parties, and you get to hang out with wonderful people.

I am looking for certain specific roles:
🏠Deputy head of house
🏠Environmental manager
🏠Gardener

I will also have an open application in case you are interested in something very specific or you want to help work on projects at the green villa, for example renovating the kitchen.

På Xenopus Gasque 12/9 så tilldelades Emilia Sjögren NF:s finaste utmärkelse Crux Rana! Crux Rana delas ut till dem vars insatser för föreningen har varit långvariga, vittomspännande och oskattbara. Nedan är hederskommitténs motivering:

Hederskommittéen föreslår Emilia Sjögren som mottagare av Crux Rana 2026. Emilia föreslås i huvudsak som mottagare på grund av sitt långa och oumbärliga arbete inom Naturvetarspexet. Hon spelade en stor roll i att hålla spexet levande under pandemin, samt att sektionen återhämtat sig i åren sedan dess. Vid två tillfällen har Emilia tagit på sig rollen som spexmästare när kandidat saknats, och har flera gånger agerat både spexmästare och spexfunktionär. Utöver arbetet i sektionsledningen, hennes skådespel och sångframträdanden, har Emilia satt sitt avtryck i spexet som manusförfattare. Hon har varit delaktig i skrivandet av flera produktioner, sittningsspex, och en enorm mängd låtar. För allt detta arbete, och mycket mer, anser vi därför att Emilia är en värdig mottagare av föreningens högsta utmärkelse, Crux Rana.

On Xenopus Gasquen 12/9 Emilia Sjögren received Crux Rana, NF's highest award! The award is given to the person whose contributions to the association have been long-lasting, wide-ranging, and invaluable. Below is the motivation for awarding Emilia:

The award committee proposes Emilia Sjögren as the recipient of Crux Rana 2026. Emilia is proposed for her long and indispensable work within Naturvetarspexet. She has had a great role in keeping the spex alive during the pandemic, and that the section has since recovered. She has taken the role of the spex master twice when the position was hard to fill, and has been spex master as well as spex volunteer. Outside of her work leading the spex, her acting and singing, Emilia has also put her mark on the spex through her work as a scriptwriter. She has been a part of writing several shows, spex on dinner parties, and an enormous amount of song lyrics. For all of this work, and much more, we deem Emilia a worthy recipient of the Natural Sciences Faculty Club's highest award, Crux Rana.

Skrev du upp dig på j*vla listan? Är du sugen på att få ovve? Då bör du komma på WB-middagen! Här kommer ett meddelande från WB-mammorna (Baba Gril och Whiplash):

Hej alla fina före-detta yngel! Vi i KMS och NFKM välkomnar dig på WB-middag på Gröna villan. Man får testa på att sitta en sittning (om man inte redan gjort det) samtidigt som man får en massa info om NF:s klubbmästeri (NFKM) och hur man gör för att gå med och få sin alldeles egna ovve! Middagen är gratis.

Så är du taggad på att gå med i NFKM, eller kanske lite fundersam om det känns rätt eller inte, signa upp dig i formuläret nedan för att få plats och ta reda på! Under middagen kommer du få all info du behöver för hur du fortsätter resan till att bli medlem i vårt klubbmästeri (och bli WB!). Så signa upp dig nu!

Det kommer bli ordnas två WB-middagar, den 18/9 och 21/9 (båda börjar kl 18:00). I formuläret anmäler du dig till en av dessa. Vi kommer även ordna en pubrunda den 25/9, där vi tillsammans besöker andra klubbmästeriers pubar i Stockholm!

We in KMS and NFKM welcome you to a WB-dinner at Gröna Villan You get to try sitting a sitting/dinner party (if you haven't already) while getting a lot of information on NF:s club mastery (NFKM) and how you join and get your very own ovve (overalls)! The dinner is free.

So if you are excited to join NFKM, or maybe just a bit unsure if it feels right or not, sign up in the form below to get a spot and find out! During the dinner you will get all the info you need on how you continue your journey to join our club mastery (and become a WB!). So sign up now!

There will be two WB-dinners, on the 18/9 and 21/9 (both starting at 18:00). In the form you sign up for one of these. We will also do a pub crawl on the 25/9, where we together visit other club masteries' pubs in Stockholm!

Naturvetarspexets funktionärer kallas "skägg" och ansvarar för olika aspekter av spexets teaterproduktioner. Om du vill hjälpa till i spexet lite extra (eller mycket extra) så kan en skäggpost vara för dig! Anmälan är öppen under hela 2026, om man vill hoppa på! Ansök via detta formulär. Den första intervjun hålls söndag 20e september, så förslagsvis kan du anmäla dig innan dess om du vill vara med under hösten. För att vara med i spexet behövs ett medlemskap i NF eller SUS.

Spexet arbetar just nu med produktionen Benkrigen. Vi har skrivit klart manus, och kommer under hösten planera all musik, repa scener och bygga dekor osv.!

The Natural Science Spex's official posts are called "skägg"/beards and are responsible for different aspects of our theater work. We're looking for those interested in music, tech, PR and more. If you want to help out in the spex a little extra (or a lot extra), a beard position might be for you! The sign-up is open for all of 2026, if you want to hop on! Sign up through this form. The first interview will be held Sunday, September 20th, so you might, as a suggestion, sign-up before then if you want to work with us during the autumn. A membership in NF or SUS is needed to be in the Spex. Note also that the Spex works in Swedish, and that the form is in Swedish.

The Spex is currently working on the production Benkrigen. We've completed the script, and will during the autumn plan all the music, rehearse scenes and build decor and so on!

Det har blivit dags för kandidatceremoni!

Naturvetenskapliga föreningen bjuder in alla som tar kandidatexamen inom den naturvetenskapliga fakulteten till en högtidlig och trevlig eftermiddag för att fira er examen tillsammans den 8 juni. Under ceremonin väntar tal, diplomutdelning och annat firande. Efteråt fortsätter kvällen med mingel på vår föreningslokal Gröna Villan.

OBS: Efterminglet på Gröna Villan har begränsat antal platser, så först till kvarn gäller. NF-medlemmar kommer dessutom att prioriteras vid anmälan. Tipsa gärna kursare så att ingen missar att anmäla sig. Ceremonin hålls i Albano, hörsal 2.

It’s time for the Bachelor’s Ceremony!

The Natural Sciences Faculty Club invites everyone graduating with a bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Science to a celebratory afternoon to mark your graduation together on June 8th. During the ceremony there will be speeches, diploma presentations, and other celebrations. Afterwards, the evening continues with a mingle at our association venue, Gröna Villan.

Please note: The post-ceremony mingle at Gröna Villan has limited capacity, meaning spots will be given on a first come, first served basis. NF members will also be prioritised in the registration process. Please spread the word to fellow students so no one misses the chance to sign up. The ceremony will take place in Albano, Lecture Hall 2.

Här har du möjlighet att göra en nominering till Crux Rana (grodkorset), Naturvetenskapliga föreningens högsta hedersbetygelse. Nomineringen är öppen till 27e maj.

Beskrivningen av hedersbetygelsen lyder:

"Grodkorset är föreningens högsta hedersbetygelse. Utmärkelsen tilldelas den vars insatser för Föreningen har varit långvariga, vittomspännande och oskattbara. Medaljen kan endast tilldelas medlemmar, tidigare medlemmar, inspektor och tidigare inspektorer."

Crux Rana kan tilldelas högst en person om året och delas ut under Xenopus Gasque. En person kan inte nomiera sig själv till utmärkelsen. Av denna anledning måste personen som gör nomineringen uppge sitt för- och efternamn.

In this form you have the possibility to nominate someone for Crux Rana, the highest honorary award given out by the faculty club. The nomination is open until may 27th.

The description of the award reads:

"Crux Rana is the highest honor given by the faculty club. The award is given to someone whose contributions to the faculty club have been long lasting, all-encompasing, and invaluable. The medal can only be awarded to members, previous members, the inspector, or a previous inspector."

Crux Rana can only be awarded to a single person each year and will be handed over during Xenopus Gasque.  It is not permitted to nominate oneself for the award. For this reason the person making the nomination has to give their first and last name.

Vill du bli en zombie? Vi söker dig!

Nu är det dags för auditions för Naturvetarspexets och Klubbmästeriets Zombiesittningsspex, en sittning med spexteater! Det handlar om ett zombieutbrott på Gröna villan och om konflikten (men också kärleken…) mellan en Spexmästare och en Klubbmästare som nästan resulterar i Naturvetenskapliga föreningens splittring. The auditions are now open for Naturvetarspexet’s and the Clubmastery’s spex sitting! The theme will be zombies, and it is about a conflict (but also love) between the Spex and the Clubmastery that almost leads to the splitting of the Natural Sciences Faculty club. Auditions will be held February 22th and the sitting is on April 18th. For more information, see the form (it is in Swedish)

Naturvetenskapliga föreningen kallar till årsmöte 2/3 18:00 i hörsal 2.

Under mötet kommer budget, verksamhetsplan och medlemmsavgift för 2026, samt visionen för 2027-2029 behandlas. Frågan om fyllnadsval av vakanta poster kommer även lyftas. Mer information hittas här.

The Natural Sciences Faculty Club will hold its annual meeting the 2nd of March 18:00 in auditorium 2.

The meeting will deal with the question of the budget, operating plan, and membership fee for 2026, as well as the faculty club vision for 2027-2029. The meting will also raise the question of filling vacant roles. More information here.
